Shipping policy

All orders are processed and shipped within 1-3 business days of purchase. Once your order is shipped, a tracking number will be emailed to you. 

Upon receiving your order, if it is damaged or something is missing, we aallow 7 business days to report it to our customer service team (via email) so that we can better assist you.

If you do not receive a shipping confirmation email (be sure to check your spam and junk mail), please email li.akhawati@gmail.com for a shipping update.

Shipping times may be delayed during restocks, new releases, sales and special promotions.
We are not responsible for any customs fees, duties, and or taxes. Our shipping fee will be clearly articulated to you alongside the shipping service and estimated transit time during checkout for your order.
